My bunny has been using this for about three weeks and the tray really doesn't leak — I was worried about urine soaking through but the base stays completely dry. He loves stretching out in the extra space, and the sliding door makes cleaning way less of a hassle.
The four casters make it so easy to move the hutch onto the porch when it's nice out, and rolling it back in for rainy days is no hassle at all. The tray hasn't leaked once, which was my biggest worry with my last hutch.
The tray truly doesn’t leak a drop, which was my biggest worry with an indoor setup. I love that the extra sliding door makes cleaning and reaching my bunny so much easier, and the four casters mean I can roll the whole hutch to vacuum underneath without straining my back.
