My two cats went straight for the top perch and now fight over who gets it. The seven tiers give them plenty of room, and mounting was easier than I expected with the hardware included. They haven't touched their old floor tree since.
The sisal rope scratchers have already saved my couch cushions, which honestly makes the whole thing worth it. Took me about an hour to mount all seven tiers level, but the condo at the bottom is now my older cat's permanent nap spot.
My cats took to the top tier within minutes and now treat the whole wall as their personal highway. The sisal rope on the posts is already getting a workout, and the condo box is sturdy enough that even my 14-pound chonk feels safe up there.
