The USB charging is a game changer since I got tired of hunting for coin batteries every couple weeks. Rained pretty hard on our last walk and the collar kept glowing the whole time.
I clip this on my dog for our 6am walks and the USB recharge means I'm not buying batteries every other week. The TPU band has survived rain and a few muddy puddle jumps without cracking.
The USB charging is incredibly convenient—I just plug it in once a week and forget about it. The yellow glow is bright enough that cars slow down well before we cross, even on the darkest side streets.
