Benjamin W. ★★★★★

The steam honestly makes grooming twice as fast — our long-haired cat's tangles melted away in a few passes and she didn't bolt once. Fur looks shinier and there's zero bath-day escape routine.

My golden retriever actually sits still during grooming now because the warm steam seems to relax her. The hydration effect leaves her coat softer and I've noticed way less loose fur around the house.

Jacob ★★★★★

The steam really does loosen up the tangles in my long-haired cat's coat, and the brush glides through without the yanking and drama we used to get. It's become our nightly routine and I've noticed way less fur on the couch too.
