Gurkemeje

I crush one of these tablets into my cat's wet food every morning and she doesn't even notice it. The curcumin plus black pepper combo is what sold me, since plain turmeric barely absorbs on its own.

My senior lab has been stiff after walks, and the turmeric with black pepper seems to be helping a bit after about three weeks. The powder mixes into her food easily enough, though she turns her nose up if I don't stir it in well.
