My senior cat has been on this mushroom blend for about six weeks and her energy at breakfast time is noticeably better. The Reishi and Shiitake combo seems gentle on her stomach, which was my main worry with supplements. Mixing it into wet food is easy since it's a fine powder with no strong smell.
